Work independently as well as with a team to meet and exceed the sales target
Develop close working relationship with customers to generate potential business
Develop target account and enhance communication with Key Customers to fulfill customer needs
Promotes sales of new pumps and pump spares, to existing and new customers, by responding promptly to inquiries, analyzing customers’ needs and identifying potential markets.
Monitor, motivate and guide agents/distributors to focus on selling Flowserve products into responsible territories / markets
Understand and communicate market trends, competitions, performance issues, price issues, lead-time requirements and customer issues
Assist in recommendation of market price levels for products.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majority
Minimum 4 years working experiences in multinational company
Pump industry is a plus
Customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with good team spirit
Open minded personality and willing to travel frequently
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English
Well verse with Microsoft office applications
The incumbent will be part of major contribution for the team to unsure continued business growth. He/she will drive project sales growth throughout the designated territories.
