The position of Talent Solutions Business Partner (TSBP) is responsible for aligning with business leaders to develop platform and enterprise strategies to achieve their talent outcomes. The TSBP will drive talent cycle concepts and embed a talent solutions mindset into business decisions, working in close alignment with TSBP leader and peers to deliver desired outcomes. This position will report to the Vice President, Strategic Talent Solutions and will work with business leaders within Flowserve’s Corporate Functions.
The following are Role Expectations:
-Translate key business strategies into strategic talent plans, in partnership with business leaders.
-Identify organizational competencies and critical roles that drive success for Flowserve. Ensure processes are in place to drive the right talent in the right roles and our business has a pipeline of ready leaders to meet and exceed strategic objectives.
-Leverage analytics, Talent Management programs, and assessment tools to identify and close talent and leadership gaps to achieve business outcomes.
-Accelerate the development of our talent to build organizational capabilities and achieve business outcomes.
-Advise business leaders on the talent and organizational effectiveness implications and advancement of their organizations to drive strategic initiatives to a positive business outcome.
-Collaborate effectively with Business leaders and Critical Talent Pipeline and Diversity team to identify talent needs and
innovative strategies to accelerate succession bench readiness.
-Understand the Flowserve business strategy and how HR makes a substantial positive impact.
-Think strategically, anticipate challenges and address issues that benefit the organization, enhance the culture, and resolve leadership and talent gaps.
-Guide leadership to support and explicitly link talent targets to the achievement of measurable business outcomes, including identification of high impact behaviors at performer and leadership levels.
-Drive leadership accountability for its role, individually and collectively, as “consequence providers” to: encourage desired culture; align leadership practices to accelerate and sustain culture change gains; and to foster strategic talent exports within, across, and out of their organization to achieve desired talent outcomes.
-Model the Flowserve leadership expectations and hold leaders accountable to set these standards in their organizations.
-Know the leadership team, its operating context, the business finances, and the talent, both internal and external, and use data to identify trends to make recommendations to leaders.

The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree not required, but preferred.
10+ Years of progressive HR Experience, with at least 3 years of management experience as a business partner, talent planner, leadership coach, and change agent.
Prior experience in a large, multinational company offering exposure to the complexity and challenges of a Global corporation.
Demonstrated strong data analysis and interpretation skills. The successful candidate should also be able to:
